DAGHANG SALAMAT – The Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Municipality of Dalaguete and other awardees during the Appreciation Program and Convergence Gathering for the Cebu Call to Action on Gastronomy Tourism at Radisson Blu Hotel on September 23, 2024.
The Municipality of Dalaguete takes pride as one of the technical tour destinations of the first United Nations (UN) Tourism Regional Forum on Gastronomy Tourism for Asia and the Pacific last June 27 at the Dalaguete Plaza, San Guillermo Church, and Museo del Ermitaño — Dalaguete Parish Tourism.
The technical tour highlighted the world-class hospitality, paid homage to national cultural treasure, and enjoyed the gastronomic experience from local delicacies and other dishes that were offered to local and foreign tourists, another reason to visit and LOVE DALAGUETE.
