MGD Reintroduces E-Payment on Government Transactions

Convenience at your fingertips. The Municipal Government of Dalaguete (MGD) shifts to digital solutions, one is electronic payment, for easier and faster online government transactions in partnership with Landbank through Link.BizPortal and QR PH.

Scan to pay. MGD clients can quickly pay using the QR PH (GCash, Maya, Spay, etc.) and other online government services that started last May 2, 2024.

Reach globally. Through Filipizen, MGD partnered with Rameses Systems Incorporated, OFW citizens and those who are away from Dalaguete can online process their application or renewal of a business permit, general collection, Real Property Tax (RPT) and cedula, which makes life easier and simpler than ever. A little bit of service fee is added, and they can skip costly trave, long lines, tedious paperwork, minimize the risk of errors and even fixers.

Save your Penny. To avoid penalties from the year’s deadline, MGD encourages the public to settle and fulfill their tax responsibilities as early as possible.

User-Friendly Interfaces. Thru the Filipizen, Link.BizPortal, and QR PH were all designed to easy navigate and simple set-up.

For any concerns and inquiries about the online government services, citizens can message the Municipality of Dalaguete’s Facebook (FB) page or can go the Dalaguete Municipal Hall for face-to-face assistance.

24/7 Support. Citizens can access the Filipizen site 24 hours a day on the Dalaguete Official Website, andMGD ITSM will cater to your inquiries sent on the FB page.

Mayor Ronnie Allan G. Cesante, enthusiastically expressed to citizens, stating, “We would like to provide as much service to the people even if it’s out of office hours. We will answer your questions and address your concerns as fast as we can.”  

This rise is in accordance with the Executive Order No. 170, entitled as the Adoption of Digital Payments for Government Disbursements and Collections.

Therefore, embracing the advancement of public service infrastructure contributes to a more efficient, convenient, user-friendly experience, 24/7 online support, and accessible government services that the MGD aims for in the Ease of Doing Business.
