          Please be informed that per verbal report of Barangay Captain FLORIDA YBANEZ of Dumalan, Dalaguete, Cebu, the road concreting of said barangay did not pass in the office of the barangay chairperson but through the course of kagawad ANGEL AMAMANGPANG.                                      

            In this regard, you are hereby directed to conduct an inventory of said project materials and to report within five (5) days upon receipt thereof.
