          In the interest of the service, and pending the opinion of the Civil Service Commission on the review of your Appointments, you are hereby directed to report to the Office of the Mayor with the assignment at the Public Market Administration Office to assist Mr. Joel Balbuena in the operation of the Municipal Abattoir and Meat Inspector.

          This Memorandum supersedes previous designations, and shall take effect immediately.
