In view of the assumption into office of Mrs. Visitacion Cañete as In-Charge of the Municipal Budget Office per Memorandum Order No. 07-006, s. 2010, you are hereby designated as In-Charge of the Human Resource and Management Office in concurrent capacity, per Memorandum Order No. 07-007, s. 2010, with all the powers and attributes inherent and related thereto.
