          Per ocular inspection, findings have it that there were illegally constructed makeshift stalls used in BINGO operation and also of sari-sari stores. These makeshift establishments were constructed purportedly without permission and not in accordance with the original building plan of the Mantalongon Public Market, not to mention its effect on the aesthetic aspect of the edifice.

          Please advise the owners of these structures to remove all that is improperly constructed not later than July 16, 2010, otherwise demolition on the structure shall be undertaken by the Municipal Government of Dalaguete at the expense of the owners of these illegally constructed structures.
