SUBJECT : DESIGNATION AS BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSING OFFICER.
Pursuant with the Executive Number 07-001 s. 2010, Mr. Villahermosa is hereby assigned to head the Business Permits and Licensing Office, directing thereon to safeguard all the documents processed and released by that office for future audit and inventory.
This Memorandum shall take effect on July 02, 2010, directing the person subject on this Memorandum to report to the newly designated office.
