          The non-observance on the provisions on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 7160 (Local Government Code) particularly on Article 166 (provision on the Personnel Selection Board) and the lack of concurring Sangguniang Bayan Resolutions relative to your respective designation as Officer-In-Charge to your respective offices makes this Office to undo what was made wanting of legality on the foregoing designations.

          Observance of the status quo of your employment prior to your designation as Officer-In-Charge shall be made starting today (July 01, 2010) up until compliance of the basic requirements regarding the filling-up of respective Heads of your Department.

          Let a copy of this Memorandum be furnished to Municipal Accounting Office, Municipal Budget Office and Municipal Treasurer’s Office for purposes of salary adjustment

          This Memorandum shall take effect upon the date above-mentioned.
