star graduation250 students from Dressmaking (56), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (55), Consumer Electronics Servicing (15), Commercial Cooking (37), Automotive Servicing (49), Electrical Installation and Maintenance (31), and Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7) successfully graduated in their respective technical skills training today, October 28, 2011, at the Dalaguete Sports and Cultural Center.

Arlene B.  Mascardo, Technical Coordinator of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) District II, was assisted by Skills Training and Resource (STAR) Center Executive Director Patrocinio C. Gamboa in the distribution of certificates to the graduates.

The graduates, coming from the municipalities of Argao, Alcoy, Boljoon, Oslob, and Dalaguete, started their skills training last June 6, 2011.

21st batch of the TESDA-accredited STAR Center will start on November 14, 2011.
