Mantalongon also staged its annual billiard event, dubbed as the “Mantalongon 9-Ball Tournament”, that concluded last May 8.  The experienced Jimmy Agonia of Pagadian City prevailed as the champion in the Class A Category after beating out Mantalongon’s very own Jimboy Pareja in the finals.  Completing the top 3 finishers is Christopher Magallanes of Poblacion, Dalaguete.

Aside from the above-mentioned events, this Saturday’s Mantalongon Off-Road Duathlon will be the main highlight for this year’s fiesta celebration as it’s expected to attract hundreds of visitors coming from different parts of Cebu.  Media men from Cebu City and possibly from other parts of the country are expected to be present in the event who will be again featuring Mantalongon and the said event in different newspapers and TV news programs.
