SUBJECT      : SUBMISSION OF INVENTORY OF ALL ASSETS / PROPOSAL FOR EMPLOYMENT OF SERVICES.

          As the new municipal administration has just assumed office, there is a need to have full information as to the assets and equipments, national, municipal or provincial owned and organic personnel complement for purposes of re-allocation of resources and in furtherance of the intent of Executive Order No. 01,s. 2010.

          In view hereof, you are required to submit the list of assets and equipments as well as the list of personnel complement not later than July 05, 2010 (MONDAY).
