Upon the assumption of the new administration, this Office seeks to have an inventory of all the Municipal purchased office supplies and equipments from the previous administration.
Let a copy of the report of the itemized office supplies and equipments be had and the list of persons responsible therefore and the present status and location of the supplies and equipments not later than July 15, 2010.
This Memorandum shall take effect upon the date above-mentioned.
