Re:      Free Registration Month Celebration Accomplishment Report

We are pleased to inform you of the following notable accomplishments derived during the month-long (February) Free Registration celebration:

 1.    Free services

·         A total of 188 Transcripts were issued at the office counter for Marriage (30), Birth (145) and Death (13) Certifications;

·         Marriage License application were accepted and recorded 13 couples. 4 of their partners were non  Resident;

·         Registration of 12 legal instruments affecting the status of the child and

·         Accepted delayed birth registration of 32 individuals.

 

2.   Advocacy Campaign on RA 10172 Correction of Clerical Error on Gender and Date of Birth and other registration matters were entertained at the Help Desk counters installed in seven (7) various locations on the following schedules:

3.    A total of 1286 NSO-Security Paper (SECPA) applications for birth, marriage, death and 41 Certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) were facilitated and availed discount in service fee at 100%.

 

Also, personnel from the Provincial Field Office were fielded to the Municipality to assist and facilitate in the different scheduled engagements, namely,
