WHEREAS, due to the resignation of some members of the Bids and Awards Committee as designated under Executive Order No. 01-2010, there is need to reconstitute the same in order to enable the Municipal Government to procure necessary goods, services and materials for its operation;

WHEREAS, Section 11 of Republic Act No. 9184 provides the composition and replacement as the case may be of the Bids and Awards Committee;

WHEREAS, Section 13 of said law also provides the designation of observers from the private sector to enhance the transparency of the bidding process;

NOW THEREFORE, I Ronald Allan G. Cesante, by the power vested in me by law hereby designate, as the following are hereby designated, as Chairman, Members, and Observers of the Dalaguete Bids and Awards Committee (DBAC), viz:

                   Engr. Marie Fe V. Zambrano        -        Chairperson

                   Engr. Expedizitas Lenares            -        Member

                   Mr. Felix Villahermosa                 -        Member

                   Mrs. Teresa Paquilit                    -        Member

                   Mrs. Adelina O. Cortes                -        Member

                   Mr. Benjamin Liston                    -        Observer

                   Mrs. Claire M. Bacala                   -        Secretariat

                   Mr. Louell Fajardo                       -        Secretariat

The DBAC, as provided for under R.A. 9184, seeks to create a Technical Working Group to assist in the procurement process, as provided for under Section 12 of the same law.

The members of the DBAC hereinabove designated shall serve the unexpired term of previously composed BAC.
