To be accomplished by Owner/Applicant:

  • Building Permit
  • Location Clearance - Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board, 3rd Floor AMWAY Bldg., located at M.J. Cuenco St., Cebu City
  • Sketch Plan of Lot - 3 copies signed and sealed by Geodetic Engineer, or from the Bureau of Lands, Poblacion, Argao, Cebu
  • Certified True Copies of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) - 3 copies signed by the Referral of Deeds (Provincial Capitol)
  • Declaration of Real Property - 3 copies certified true copy form the Municipal Assessor's Office
  • Current Tax Receipt and Current Tax Clearance of Property - 3 copies from the Municipal Treasurer
  • In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the Property, secure any of the following (all in duplicate copies duly notarized and submit instruction Nos. 1-6 respectively):
    • Deed of Absolute Sale
    • Contract of Lease
    • Deed of Donation
    • Affidavit of Consent and Authority
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Fire Clearance - by the Chief of Local Fire Service Station Commander or the PNP Station Commander where the subject building is located
  • DENR Certifications and approval in case of Contract of Lease Agreements
  • Duly accomplished Building Permit Form and submit instruction Nos. 1-9 respectively to the Office of the municipal engineer

To be accomplished by the Designing Architect/Civil Engineer:

  • Construction Plans - 5 copies signed by the applicant and sealed by the Engineers:
    • by a licensed architect/civil engineer in case of architectural plans
    • by a licensed professional/assistant associate electrical engineer/master electrician in case of electrical plans
    • by a licensed professional mechanical/mechanical engineer in case of mechanical plans
    • by a license sanitary engineer/master plumber in case of sanitary plans
  • Bill of Materials, Estimates, and Specifications of Materials - 5 copies each signed and sealed by civil engineer/architect who signed and sealed the plans
  • Structural Design Analysis - 5 copies each signed and sealed by a structural engineer to all reinforced concrete structures constructed more than one-storey high
  • Boring and Plate Load Tests - required for buildings or a structures of four stories and higher
  • Current Professional Tax Receipt and a Photocopy of PRC ID to all professionals who signed plans
