DALAKIT FOR DALAGUETE: AN AGRICUTURAL DEVELOPMENT BLUEPRINT

Conceptualized and brought into realization at the eve of the second millennium, the program, Developing Agriculture and Livelihood through Attitude, Knowledge and Institutional Transformation (DALAKIT) is a grand umbrella project that deals with almost everything connected to agricultural development.

Aptly introduced as the Agricultural Sector Modernization Plan of the Municipal Government of Dalaguete, the program’s twin thrusts involve the Coastal Resource Management Program and the efficient, cost-effective yet healthy yield of high value commercial crops, livestock, and staple food.
